How to Drone

Input Interface

You will need:

• Drone emulation software, eg FPV.SkyDive (free)
• Drone controller setup, eg Radiomaster TX16s (~$250) + Radiomaster nomad (~$60)

Then pair the controller with your computer via Bluetooth mode on the Nomad, then you can practice in a virtual environment using a real-world controller.

Simulation

Get VelociDrone or a simular paid simulator, then set it up with specifications similar to the drone you are planning on flying. Practice even more.

FPV

Get a FPV camera (NTSC, ~$30), point it at your computer screen, then send the signal to a FPV headset (~$100) while doing the above.

IRL

At some point, you will need to try a real drone. Small racing drones can be had for ~$100-200. Good luck!
